Where we ship
Right now, MODI ships from Australia.
We currently ship to:

Processing times
We pack and send orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods, new drops or sales, processing may take an extra few days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once it has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times
These timeframes are a guide only and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Standard shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days from dispatch
Express shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days from dispatch
International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs. ** Note that international shipping is currently not available
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control – but if something seems off, please contact us and we’ll help follow it up.
Shipping rates
All shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Standard shipping (Australia): $11 flat rate
Express shipping (Australia): $15 flat rate
International shipping:
Calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping with purchases over $100 within Australia from time to time. Any active offers will be clearly displayed on the site.
Order tracking
All orders include tracking where available.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking within 2–3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder and then contact us.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you realise there’s a mistake, contact us at wearmodiapparel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change it.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it, but an additional shipping fee may apply.
Lost, delayed or stolen parcels
We want your MODI gear to arrive safely.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbours, and
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you’re still unable to locate it after contacting the carrier, get in touch with us at wearmodiapparel@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Please note: MODI is not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery, but we’ll always do our best to support you in resolving issues with the carrier.
Damaged items on arrival
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the item
- Email us at wearmodiapparel@gmail.com within 3–5 business days of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
We’ll review your case and work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Pre-orders and launch drops
From time to time, we may offer pre-order items or limited drops.
Pre-order items will have estimated shipping dates listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
