The MODI Arched 5–Panel Cap was created after years of wearing hats that pushed ears down, created pressure points and never quite sat how they should. So instead of forcing a standard shape to work, we redesigned the side profile.

Our signature arched cut-out follows the top of the ear, creating room where caps normally cause discomfort. The result is a clean, modern silhouette that feels good from the moment you put it on and stays comfortable all day.

This small change solves more than you’d expect. Sunglasses and glasses sit more naturally. Earmuffs and over-ear headphones fit without fighting for space. People with sensory sensitivities get a softer, less “squashed” feeling around the ears. It also gives extra breathing room for earrings and hearing devices.

All of this is built into a refined 5 panel shape with a curved peak, premium-feel fabric and branded internal taping for a finished, considered look inside and out.
